Sustainability PSA

Due: March 9th

1. Space Sustainability PSA

   Make a < 30 second Public Service Announcement for display on the college campus monitors about sustainability and low earth orbit.

   This will be in the format of several slides stitched together into a movie (.mp4)

   Please complete this questionnaire before starting.

   Your PSA must include

   1. Introduction to the issue.
   2. An original, data based plot or other scientific visual that deals with object(s) in low earth orbit.
   3. References for data used.
   4. This end slide here: Last Slide
   5. PSA format should be 1920 x 1080 pixels.
   
   

   Your PSA cannot include:

   1. Audio (these are visual only)
   2. AI generated art

• Include your sources and a table of the raw data you used. (This ideally would be a link to your data file online somewhere, like a github repository or google drive link. Make sure sharing is set properly so that with a single click, it can be viewed.)
• Possible source data can be found at JPL Horizons or you can find other ephemeris sources for the solar system if you search.
• Make sure all plots are formatted nicely and have labeled axes.

Due Date: Monday Mar 9, start of class. (via brightspace and other link to be provided.)

Prepare your work in a typed (no handwritten math or drawn diagrams), document (pdf) with plots and any citations for any references you used, and links to any extensive code you wrote that was used.
